Act with conviction
The opportunity involves tactical & operational services for the here and now, supporting the TfL team in delivering the Hybrid Bill design whilst supporting the establishment of the foundations for the longer term, developing a digital transformation strategy to unlock all future opportunities that digital ways of working have to offer.
Putting information at the heart.
We are shaping the information requirements, systems and technology, redefining business activities and process to realise the benefits of digital. This is all underpinned by the right culture and leadership driving the organisational change.
We have designed, developed and configured the common data environment (CDE) for this major infrastructure programme, assisting TfL to take advantage of the true value of information. This is supported by insightful analytics – putting information at our customer’s fingertips in a readily-consumable form, using data to make better, more informed decisions.
Mott MacDonald is also providing the platform for all geospatial information across the scheme – GiGi. This web-based GIS portal is open to over 30 organisations, providing interactive mapping which has been viewed over 250,000 times to date.
We have made information accessible, discoverable, trustworthy and secure. Our design and configuration of the CDE has not only enabled collaboration across the supply chain with the client but created an environment in which it is inevitable. Our customer can make more informed decisions, quicker, based on information they trust. They can communicate with the public and engage other organisations on an enormous scale through our GIS platform.
